Our range of high power glass X-ray tubes with brilliant microfocus, hyper-cooling and higher power density. The M-series packages our affordable, sealed vacuum glass tube with operating voltages ranging from 50 kV to 160 kV. All tubes within the M-series range feature our innovative Eleenna™ microfocus blade with precision as low as 25 micrometers.
The development of the FM-series tubes aims to provide a precise, stable, high-flux microfocus beam using ZnO cold cathode technology. The FM-series tubes will produce beam sizes of 25 micrometers and operate between 20-70 kV with a max beam current of 0.2 mA.
